• all services are paid in advance • additional services will need to be added within 24 hrs of initial booking and may be subjected to additional fees. • To improve service quality results it is recommended that watering the lawn should be done 2- 3 times during a day depending on the season ( summer applications may require more watering due to heat stress , fall applications may require less watering ) the recommended time of day to water your lawn is dawn ( before sun exposure) - dusk ( right after sunset) it is highly recommended that 25 mins of watering each session of watering. • It is also recommended during the fertilizer application services that mowing of the lawn should be maintained on a regular basis.

Cancellation:

• 12-24 period ( new customers ) If you unsure concerning booking , services or additional needs you may require it us recommend that you contact us by email or phone to have a quick chat concerning needs to avoid future booking cancellations

Refunds :

• will be solely based on the status of the lawn when refund is requested. CDP lawn care will gladly do an assessment of your lawn to ensure that services and refund request are adequate to services rendering and lawn maintenance at the time of assessment. • Several cancellations are subjected to full deposits non-refundable and will require additional fees with future bookings to ensure that all clients are receiving timely service at CDP Lawn Care services.
